GenBank Accession No. NM_002286, a.a. 23-450 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag(TM) technology. MW = 74.8 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
