(3 x 50µg). The extracellular domain of human BCMA (amino acids 2-54) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Blocks the binding of BAFF and APRIL to their receptors BCMA and TACI, inhibiting BAFF- and APRIL-mediated B cell activation. Lyophilized. Contains PBS. BCMA is a receptor for BAFF and APRIL. It promotes B cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. Its downstream signaling is dependent on NF-kappaB and JNK.
