Ac-LEVD-CHO (trifluoroacetate salt)

Ac-LEVD-CHO is a caspase-4 inhibitor. It inhibits IL-1alpha expression and secretion and caspase-4 activation induced by the T. denticola periodontal pathogen surface protein Td92 in human gingival fibroblasts when used at a concentration of 30 µM.
