Hexapeptide-11 is a synthetic hexapeptide. Hexapeptide-11 (5% v/v) increases the expression of the antioxidant genes Nrf2, Keap1, NQO1, and TXNRD1 and decreases hydrogen peroxide-induced senescence of IMR-90 human lung fibroblasts in vitro.
