(R)-KT109 is the (R) isomer of the diacylglycerol lipase beta (DAGLbeta) inhibitor KT109 (Cay-18933). (R)-KT109 is an inhibitor of DAGLbeta (IC50 = 0.79 nM) and of DAGLalpha-mediated hydrolysis of 1-stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (Cay-10008650, IC50 = 25.12 nM). It also inhibits alpha/beta-hydrolase domain-containing protein 6 (ABHD6) with an IC50 value of 2.51 nM.
