PAMAM dendrimer G6.0 amidoethanol (PAMAM G6.0-OH) is a polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer with hydroxyl termini. It is approximately 65 Å in diameter in PBS. PAMAM G6.0-OH induces mortality in zebrafish embryos to a lesser extent than PAMAM dendrimer G6.0 amine (Cay-39076) but to a greater extent than PAMAM dendrimer G6.0 succinamic acid (Cay-39123) when used at a concentration of 250 ppm in the tank water.Synonyms: PAMAM 6.0 Amidoethanol, Polyamidoamine Dendrimer G6.0 Amidoethanol.
