Loxoprofen-SRS

Loxoprofen-SRS is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and COX inhibitor (IC50s = 0.5 and 0.39 for recombinant human COX-1 and COX-2, respectively) and an active metabolite of the prodrug loxoprofen (Cay-35088).
