Gitogenin

Gitogenin is a sapogenin that has been found in T. foenum-graecum and has enzyme inhibitory and hormone-releasing activities. It is an inhibitor of UDP-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) isoform UGT1A4 (IC50 = 0.69 µM).
