Lipid CP-LC-1074 is an ionizable cationic amino lipid derived from homocysteine, a naturally occurring amino acid. This lipid has demonstrated an efficient delivery and high protein expression of different kinds of RNA (mRNA, cRNA and saRNA) in vivo.
