Molecular weight: 968.01. Excitation (nm): 446. Emission (nm): 558. iFluor(R) 445 dyes have fluorescence excitation and emission maxima of ~445 nm and ~560 nm, respectively. The spectral characteristic of large Stokes Shift makes them an excellent choice for fluorescence imaging applications with high sensitivity. iFluor(R) 445 SE is reasonably stable and shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups. iFluor(R) 445 SE provides a unique fluorescence color to label monoclonal, polyclonal antibodies or other proteins (>10 kDa) for fluorescence imaging and flow cytometric applications. iFluor(R) 445 dye conjugates are bright, providing an additional color located between Alexa Fluor(R) 430 and 488 (ThermoFisher). AAT Bioquest's iFluor(R) dye family provides the largest collection of fluorescent labeling dyes with different spectral properties. They are optimized for labeling proteins, in particular, antibodies. These dyes are bright, photostable, and have minimal quenching on proteins. They can be well excited by the major laser lines of fluorescence instruments (e.g., 350, 405, 488, 555, 633, and 647 nm).
