This iFluor 488-dUTP conjugate is used as a green fluorescence color with SpectrumGreen(TM) filter set (SpectrumGreen(TM) is the trademark of Vysis). Compared to the commonly used green color probes (e.g., Fluorescein-12-dUTP), iFluor 488 provides much brighter signal that has much photostability and is not affected by pH.
