YQ-128 is an inhibitor of the NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome (IC50 = 0.3 µM). It inhibits LPS- and ATP-induced IL-1beta release from isolated mouse peritoneal macrophages (IC50 = 1.59 µM).
