Description: Talipexole dihydrochloride (Domnin) is a dopamine D2 receptor agonist, alpha2-adrenoceptor agonist, and 5-HT3 receptor antagonist in both rat cortical and intestinal membrane fractions with Ki values of 0.35 µM and 0.22 µM, respectively. It displays antiParkinsonian activity. Target: Adrenergic Receptor, 5-HT Receptor, Dopamine Receptor. Smiles: Cl.Cl.Nc1nc2CCN(CC=C)CCc2s1.
