Tabersonine

Tabersonine is an indole alkaloid that has been found in the beans of Voacanga. It inhibits amyloid-beta (1-42) (Abeta42) fibril formation and disintegrates preformed Abeta42 fibrils in vitro when used at a concentration of 10 µM.
