RBN-2397 is an inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 7 (PARP7). It stabilizes wild-type PARP7 levels, but not levels of the catalytically inactive mutant PARP7H532A, in COS-1 cells expressing wild-type or mutant PARP7, respectively, when used at a concentration of 100 nM.
