Poloppin

Poloppin is an inhibitor of the protein-peptide interaction between polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1) and the Plk1-binding phosphopeptide (IC50 = 26.9 µM). It induces mitotic arrest in HeLa cells (EC50 = 29.9 µM).
