OATD-01

OATD-01 is an inhibitor of chitotriosidase 1 (CHIT1) and acidic mammalian chitinase (CHIA), also known as AMCase (IC50s = 23 and 9 nM, respectively). It is selective for CHIT1 and CHIA over a panel of 98 enzymes at 10 µM.
