Necrostatin-34

Necrostatin-34 is an inhibitor of receptor-interacting serine/threonine kinase 1 (RIPK1, IC50 = 5.5 µM). It inhibits TNF-alpha-induced necroptosis in Jurkat cells lacking Fas-associated death domain protein (FADD) and L-929 cells (IC50s = 6.67 and 1.35 µM, respectively).
