Description: Naftopidil hydrochloride (BM-15275 hydrochloride) is a selective alpha1-adrenoceptor antagonist with Ki of 3.7 nM, 20 nM and 1.2 nM for the cloned human alpha1a-adrenoceptor, alpha1b-adrenoceptor and alpha1d-adrenoceptor, respectively. Naftopidil hydrochloride has antiproliferative effects. Target: Adrenergic Receptor. Smiles: Cl.COc1ccccc1N1CCN(CC(O)COc2cccc3ccccc23)CC1. References: Urushiyama H , Y Terasaki, Nagasaka S , et al.
