MR2938 is an inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE, IC50 = 5.04 µM). It is selective for AChE over butyrylcholinesterase (BChE, IC50 = >20 µM). MR2938 inhibits nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 cells (IC50 = 3.29 µM).
