Description: (±)-LY367385 is the racemic form of LY367385, and LY367385 is a highly potent and selective mGluR1a antagonist. LY367385 exhibits a high inhibitory activity against quisqualate-induced phosphoinositide (PI) hydrolysis, with an IC50 value of 8.8 µM.
