Lisuride maleate

Description: Lisuride maleate is an agonist of Dopamine receptor and anti-Parkinson's agent. Displays high affinity for D2, D3 and D4 receptors along with 5-HT1A. Exhibits some 5-HT2B receptor antagonist properties. Decreases prolactin release, reduces inflammatory mediators such as TNF-alpha and IL6. Exhibits anticonvulsive effects.
