HMN-176

HMN-176 is an anticancer agent and active metabolite of the prodrug HMN-214 (Cay-26210). It is cytotoxic against a panel of cancer cell lines with a mean IC50 value of 112 nM, as well as P388 leukemia cells that are resistant to the DNA-crosslinking agent cisplatin (Cay-13119), anthracycline antitumor antibiotic doxorubicin (Cay-15007), or antimitotic vincristine (Cay-11764) (IC50s = 143, 557, and 265 nM, respectively).
