FPL 55712 (sodium salt)

FPL 55712 (sodium salt) is a leukotriene (LT) receptor antagonist. It inhibits the binding of LTD4 (Cay-20310) to guinea pig lung homogenates (IC50 = 4 µM) and reduces LTD4-induced contraction of isolated guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle (pA2 = 1 µM).
