Fedotozine (tartrate)

Fedotozine is a kappa-opioid receptor agonist. It binds to kappa-opioid receptors in mouse brain membranes (Ki = 0.16 nM). In vivo, fedotozine (10 mg/kg) reduces gastric extension-induced increases in mean arterial pressure (MAP), a marker for hyperalgesia, in a rat model of duodenal acidification-induced gastric hypersensitivity.
