ENPP1-IN-1

ENPP1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1). It inhibits the hydrolysis of 2'3'-cGAMP (Cay-19887) and the ATP analog p-nitrophenyl 5'-adenosine monophosphate (AMP-pNP, Kis = =100 and 100-1,000 nM, respectively, in enzyme assays).
