Doramectin aglycone

Doramectin aglycone is an acid degradation product of doramectin (Cay-19467), a disaccharide-containing anthelmintic that potentiates glutamate- and GABA-gated chloride channel opening in nematodes, and its acid-catalyzed hydrolysis product doramectin monosaccharide (Cay-23823).
