CXCR2-IN-1 is a chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 2 (CXCR2) antagonist (IC50 = 0.501 nM in a reporter assay). It inhibits chemotaxis of isolated human neutrophils induced by chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1, IC50 = 79.4 nM).
