CJC-1295 is a synthetic peptide derivative of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Unlike CJC-1295-DAC, CJC-1295 does not contain a drug affinity complex (DAC) moiety and has a shorter half-life than the DAC-conjugated version in the blood.
