CCT031374 is an inhibitor of beta-catenin/transcription factor (TCF) complex signaling. It inhibits TCF-dependent transcription induced by expression of ?N-beta-catenin, a constitutively active, stabilized form of beta-catenin, but not expression of a constitutively active TCF-VP16 fusion protein in reporter assays at 30 µM.
