Bullatine B

Bullatine B is a diterpene alkaloid that has been found in Aconitum and has diverse biological activities. It inhibits voltage-gated sodium channel 1.7 (Nav1.7) in HEK293 cells expressing the human channel (IC50 = 25.8 nM) and scavenges DPPH (Cay-14805) radicals by 65.3% at 1 mM.
