AZ 32 is an inhibitor of ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) kinase (IC50 = 50s = 4.6 and >4.6 µM, respectively). AZ 32 enhances radiation-induced cytotoxicity in a panel of five human glioma cells expressing wild-type or mutant p53.
