ARV-110

ARV-110 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) that contains a cereblon ligand 1-derivative connected to an androgen receptor (AR) ligand by a linker region. It reduces AR levels in VCaP prostate cancer cells in a time- and concentration-dependent manner. ARV-110 (1 µM) decreases VCaP cancer cell proliferation.
