ARQ 531 is an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK, IC50 = 0.85 nM). It reduces the viability of, and inhibits BTK autophosphorylation in, OCI-AML-2 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells when used at concentrations of 0.3 and 1 µM.
