3-TYP

3-TYP is a sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) inhibitor (IC50 = 38 µM). It is selective for SIRT3 over SIRT1 and SIRT2 at 1 mM. 3-TYP (1 mM) increases acetylation of lysine residues in mitochondrial proteins in HeLa cells.
