3-Cyano-7-ethoxycoumarin is a fluorogenic probe that acts as a substrate for the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms CYP1A1 and CYP1A2 and is metabolized to a lesser extent by CYP2D6 and CYP2C19.
