3',4'-Dihydroxyflavone

3',4'-Dihydroxyflavone is a synthetic flavonoid that has diverse biological activities. It inhibits tankyrase 1 (TNKS1) and TNKS2 (IC50s = 0.23 and 0.17 µM for the human enzymes, respectively). 3',4'-Dihydroxyflavone is active against L. donovani, T. brucei, and T. cruzi with IC50 values of 2, 1.1, and 10.1 µg/ml, respectively.
