EGFP circRNA encodes for EGFP protein for an extended period of time, servicing as a positive control for mRNA transfection. Circular RNA is typically more stable than linear mRNA. This products is used to screen and validate delivery systems. Protein function: Energy-transfer acceptor. Its role is to transduce the blue chemiluminescence of the protein aequorin into green fluorescent light by energy transfer. Fluoresces in vivo upon receiving energy from the Ca(2+)-activated photoprotein aequorin. [The UniProt Consortium]
