Frozen human leukopak in acid citrate dextrose (ACD) solution A - male donor

Frozen human leukopak (quarter/half/full) containing total mononuclear cells, from a male donor, supplied in a blood bag containing acid citrate dextrose, solution A (ACD-A). The leukapheresate comes from a healthy donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, HTLV I/II and Syphilis. Frozen leukopaks are cryopreserved in CryoStor(R) CS10 medium using a controlled rate freezing method. This product contains at least 5 billion mononuclear cells with a post-thaw viability >90%. This product has been batch-tested negative for bacteria and mycoplasma by PCR. These products are for use in Biomedical Research only.
