Beta-Site APP Cleaving Enzyme 1 (bACE1) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Mouse) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of bACE1 in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cerebrospinal fluid and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 15.6-1,000ng/ml, Sensitivity: 6.4pg/ml, Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
