Cayman's PPARgamma-LBD Ligand Screening Assay Kit provides a convenient fluorescence polarization (FP)-based single-step assay for screening ligands of the PPARgamma-Ligand Binding Domain (PPARgamma-LBD). In this assay, a ligand of PPARgamma is conjugated to fluorescein and is used as the displacement probe. Ligands, agonist, and antagonists of PPARgamma-LBD will displace the fluorescent probe leading to a decrease in FP.Synonyms: Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor gamma-Ligand Binding Domain Ligand.
