Product information "PARP10 Assay kit"
The PARP10 Chemiluminescent Assay Kit is designed to measure PARP10 activity using purified recombinant PARP10 enzyme (BPS Cat. #BPS-80510). PARP10 has been shown to catalyze NAD-dependent mono-ribosylation. The PARP10 assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with purified PARP10 enzyme, histone mixture, and PARP assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. The key to the PARP10 Chemiluminescent Assay Kit is the biotinylated substrate. With this kit, only three simple steps are required for PARP10 reactions. First, histone proteins are coated on a 96-well plate. Next, the PARP biotinylated substrate is incubated with an assay buffer that contains the PARP10 enzyme. Finally, the plates are treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of the HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence that can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
