Product information "Anti-phospho-PC-PLD1 (Ser561)"
This gene encodes a phosphatidylcholine-specific phospholipase which catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylcholine in order to yield phosphatidic acid and choline. The enzyme may play a role in signal transduction and subcellular trafficking. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants with both catalytic and regulatory properties. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011], Protein function: Function as phospholipase selective for phosphatidylcholine (PubMed:8530346, PubMed:9582313, PubMed:25936805). Implicated as a critical step in numerous cellular pathways, including signal transduction, membrane trafficking, and the regulation of mitosis. May be involved in the regulation of perinuclear intravesicular membrane traffic. [The UniProt Consortium] Recommended dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300. Immunofluorescence: 1/200 - 1/1000. ELISA: 1/10000. Not yet tested in other applications.. Cellular localization: Cytoplasm, perinuclear region . Endoplasmic reticulum membrane , Lipid-anchor , Cytoplasmic side . Golgi apparatus membrane , Lipid-anchor , Cytoplasmic side . Late endosome membrane , Lipid-anchor , Cytoplasmic side .
