Description: Golimumab (CNTO-148) is a potent humanized anti-TNFalpha IgG1kappa monoclonal antibody with anti-inflammatory and anticancer activity. It inhibits the production of IL-6 and IL-1beta, induces apoptosis, and can be used to prevent inflammation and destruction of cartilage or bone.
