Anti-VGFR3 (Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor FLT4, VEGFR-3)

VGFR3 is a tyrosine kinase receptor for vascular endothelial growth factors C and D. This protein is thought to be involved in lymphangiogenesis and maintenance of the lymphatic endothelium. Mutations in the gene encoding this protein cause hereditary lymphedema type IA. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
