Anti-TOP2A (DNA Topoisomerase 2-alpha, DNA Topoisomerase II, alpha Isozyme, TOP2)

Control of topological states of DNA by transient breakage and subsequent rejoining of DNA strands. Topoisomerase II makes double-strand breaks. Essential during mitosis and meiosis for proper segregation of daughter chromosomes. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at 2-8°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 24 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
