Product information "Anti-TLR7 (Toll Like Receptor 7, TLR-7, PRO285, UNQ248) (PE)"
Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is a 120kD (predicted, unglycosylated) type I transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the Toll-like receptor family. Human TLR7 is synthesized as a 1049aa precursor that contains a 26aa signal sequence, an 803aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21aa transmembrane sequence, and a 189aa cytoplasmic domain. Mature human TLR7 is 81% aa identical to mature mouse TLR7. TLR7 is detected in brain, placenta, spleen, stomach, small intestine, lung, and in plasmacytoid pre-dendritic cells. Functionally, TLR7 participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat. 10ul labels 5 x10e5 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse immunized with purified, E. coli-derived, recombinant human toll-like receptor 7 (aa360-516). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
