Anti-TLR3, clone 40C1285.6

Anti-TLR3 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Anti-TLR3 from dog, human and mouse based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Anti-TLR3 from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Key component of innate and adaptive immunity. TLRs (Toll-like receptors) control host immune response against pathogens through recognition of molecular patterns specific to microorganisms. TLR3 is a nucleotide-sensing TLR which is activated by double-stranded RNA, a sign of viral infection.
