Putative transcription factor that binds to the SPH and GT-IIC "enhansons" (5'-GTGGAATGT-3'). May be involved in the gene regulation of neural development. Binds to the M-CAT motif (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
