Anti-TCTEX1D1 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least three isoforms are known to exist, this antibody will detect the two largest isoforms. TCTEX1D1 is predicted to not cross-react with other members of the TCTEX-type family. Protein function: Receptor for IL27. Requires IL6ST/gp130 to mediate signal transduction in response to IL27. This signaling system acts through STAT3 and STAT1. Involved in the regulation of Th1- type immune responses. Also appears to be involved in innate defense mechanisms. [The UniProt Consortium]
